Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

TRAVEL BAZAAR: A unit of Navras Travels Pvt. Ltd. established in 1994 and an active member of IATA & TAAI. Head office: Travel Bazaar, 41, Cristu Complex, Lavelle Road, Bangalore 560 001.

CUSTOMIZED HOLIDAYS: Our itineraries are correct at the time of writing, however Travel Bazaar cannot be held responsible for any alterations that may occur due to changing local conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

CHECK IN: 2pm         CHECK OUT: 10am         This will vary by country and hotel but is generally around this time.

QUOTATIONS: All quotations issued are subject to change and availability of the individual itinerary components at the time of booking. Gratuities, personal items are not included in the prices.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Specific requests such as adjacent or connecting rooms, bedding requests, smoking rooms and special dietary needs should be advised at time of booking. Please note that every effort will be made to secure a special request, however, it cannot be guaranteed in advance of travel.

BAGGAGE: Weight restrictions on some routes on international and internal/domestic flights will apply. Please check with your leisure consultant for details. Baggage and personal effects are at the owner’s risk throughout the travel program, and Travel Bazaar assumes no liability for lost or damaged baggage.

CITY TAX: Certain European cities have levied an additional City Tax on hotels that needs to be paid directly by the client upon arrival. This varies between 2-5 euros per person per night.

PAYMENT MODE: Payments to be made in INR through cash, cheque or credit card. Credit card payments will attract a 1.5% transaction fee. Post-­dated cheques are not accepted. Cheques should be made in the name of ‘Travel Bazaar’.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR AIR TICKETS: Tickets will be issued only after full payment for the Air Ticket component.


  • Travel within 14 days of confirmation –  Full payment on confirmation.
  • Travel between 15 and 44 days of confirmation –  50% on confirmation and balance 14 days prior to departure.
  • Travel after 44 days of confirmation –  50% on confirmation and balance within 30 days from date of confirmation.
  • Certain products such as cruises, group tours and special offers may require a different payment schedule.

RATE OF EXCHANGE: Our quotes are based on the day’s prevailing rate of exchange. In case of a large cost addition due to a change in the Indian Rupee’s rate of exchange before the final payment, Travel Bazaar will pass on the additional cost to the client.

CANCELLATIONS: Our holidays are customized for you and the cancellation policy will vary on each of the individual components of your itinerary. Enquire with your leisure consultant for cancellation details on your specific itinerary. Hotels, transfers, sightseeing or activity passes not utilized during the holiday are non-refundable. In case of termination of tour mid-way due to any factors no refunds will be made.

AGENCY: Travel Bazaar acts as a travel agent only. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators. Travel Bazaar’s obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers.
